IT Business Analyst
Location: Empire Damansara, Petaling Jaya
Salary: MYR 4,000- MYR 7,000 /Month

Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Digital Marketing or similar.
- 2 to 5 years working experiences in digital environment.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Previous experience in a web/digital position/environment will be much appreciated.
- Understanding of web and mobile technologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of/experience with similar platform will be added advantages.
- Strong communications skills and stakeholders’ management.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where strategies or priorities can quickly shift as business needs warrant.
- Must be exceptionally organized, highly detail-oriented and have strong communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and positive attitude, always willing to partner with client and team members to solve problems
Responsibilities :
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Act as a liaison between client and development teams, using strong communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate business processes, systems, and solution requirements.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
- Gather & write specification documents based on needs and requirements.
- Demonstrate good communication and analytical skills, business relationships, and business process expertise to understand, document, assess, and drive business change needs to accelerate process enhancement and business growth
